Neutral Ground Dance

I graduated with a B.F.A. in Dance from Temple University in Philadelphia. I have studied at the Martha Graham Institute in New York City. Also I am a member of Dance Masters of America- Dixie Dance Masters Chapter # 37.

There are many dance styles and many excellent instructors who teach the foundations of dance technique. However, to reach beyond the basics of physical technique, it is important for the dancer to understand how to use quality of movement to build self-confidence and embrace healing. I am passionate about exploring and teaching the study and execution of movement that connects the physical and emotional within each individual. My teaching philosophy centers in my commitment to inspire and assist individuals in realizing their dance potential, expanding their knowledge of self, and developing their creative talents
