About
We provide personal chef services along with culinary cooking lessons and demonstrations. During our cooking lessons we generally cover the basis of romantic cuisines including French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. We cover the basic preparation of soups, stocks, and sauces along, with nutrition, meat cutting and knife skills. During our lessons we cover various culinary techniques, along with wine pairings and mixology lessons. Our team will explain recipes from different cultures and how to incorporate them in your at home dining experience. You will learn how to plate like a chef, and learn different decor techniques. Finally we offer a lesson in pastry to add extra kick to our guests culinary experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Normally we tend to interview the student first and get a feel of what types of skills and techniques he or she would like to learn or touch up on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of science degree from Johnson & Wales University in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management with a concentration in international hospitality. I have been classically trainned in French & Italian cuisine, and also have a strong back ground in Caribbean and Latin American cuisine.
