Hello my name is Philip Williams, I have been in a Chef for over twenty years. With that I have a diverse background in food. I have worked everything from fast food at a young age and progress up to fine dining. I work around a 5 ingredients or less principle. Utilizing my techniques in preparing each one differently to layer together profound flavors. Using this code, per C'est, you can guarantee yourself fresh seasonal ingredients. With an ever changing meal planned out for yourself. I also have a background in cakes, pies, patisserie and chocolates. Depending on what you want to learn will dictate the time and cost of my mentoring. Along with that I prefer that the student supply all equipment and ingredients necessary to accomplish the planned meal. Reason being when I leave you will have a full understanding of how to make the agreed upon dishes and then some.
I love cooking. To me if you have a grasp of three or four dishes professionally done you will begin to learn not only how to satisfy someone's appetite but talk to someone with your food.
