What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Need to be at their house. I don't do dishes, and they have to be willing to learn
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in many restaurants, i have been a prep cook a line cook and took classes at Johnson and Whales . I have learned also how to cook from my father, grandmother's and my mom. I also have learned a few things on my own by experimenting with food. Cooking is a passion for me, it helps me relax, joyful and satisfied
