We at The Dance Academy believe that dance has the power to unlock so much hidden potential, creatively, academically, socially and so much more.

We offer a variety of choices from creative movement, to ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and modern for ages 2.5 years through adult.
Our facutly all are graduates of well known dance eduation institutions and many are still performing artists. They all have a comprehensive knowledge of traditional techniques as well as a shared undertanding of the latest, most effective methods of training. Most importantly they bring a caring and up-to date perspective to the classroom.

We’ll carefully match you with the correct class and level with one of our many qualified teachers, according to your personal interests and continue to touch base with you throughout the year to make sure classes are meeting your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of Harford Ballet Pedigogical Program, Performed professionally with Hyannis Ballet, Cape Ballet and Island Moving Company.

I have been teaching dance for over 35 years, nothing pleases me more than to see young dancers grow.

Love watching our young workshop students at their performance at the end of the week, it is amazing how much they learn in such a short time!

Research the school and teachers. Look for faculty that is not only trained but has a caring approach to their students.
