To Whom it may concern, It is my absolute pleasure to write a letter on behalf of Ed Perry. I am the parent of a quiet and shy son and Ed has brought out the absolute best in him while playing on his basketball team. Ed truly cares about the players and is always going above and beyond for them. Ed sends out timely and clear communication regarding games and practices and when I have a question, he gets back to me same day always. Ed also has a great repour with the kids. He treats them all with respect and it comes back to him tenfold. The players want to stay on his team even when other teams come calling for them. Us parents speak about this frequently in the bleachers and we all agree that playing for him has been a blessing. I cant say enough about how Ed has cheered on my son and had complete faith in him even when he did not have faith in himself. Ed is kind and fair, he is great with the kids when they lose and models great sportsmanship when they win.
