What makes my heart sing is seeing my clients eyes light up with unabashed joy.
Movement is a vehicle for change and transformation. The creative use of our bodies brings health and can bring us to spiritual awakening because the source of our being and innate nature is to be creative... Movement allows us to experience creativity vicariously because we are both the instrument and the player and a gift we can always share. It makes living life full and empowers us to live well. We can more easily access inspiration and creativity and our joy rubs off on those around us. I call this work play and it is about creating joy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Starting where a student is at has always worked the best for me and my students.
Always starting at the beginning and working your way up to the highest point of performance and/or progress and knowing how to recognize when it's time to stop.. Ending on a "high note" fosters progress and encourages good self esteem and self- care patterns.
Building good self-esteem patterns in reference to their practice is critical to a student's prolonged enjoyment and personal satisfaction. It is always best to capitalize on what is working...
Introducing strategies to undo bad habits that are counter productive (foster poor technique) and prevent progress in the development of fluent movement vocabulary and effectively hinder self-expression/expressiveness.
