I’m former Armenia’s junior champion, was ranked pretty high in former USSR (considering 15 republics ). After immigration toUS 30 years ago started successfully teaching tennis to kids and adults. Along with developing right forms/mechanics I pay close attention to footwork because correct and timely positioning on the court is one of the key elements in tennis. I enjoy the most seeing progress of my students, they make my days and bring happiness. Most of the time my lessons are hard work including some repetitive drills for developing correct muscle memory. But this hard work eventually leads to quick progress, enjoyment of your game and having lots of fun later on. Love music and often play it on the court during hitting sessions with my tennis buddies. It helps better feel the rithm during rallies and develops timing.
