Joe C. says, "Reposting my review due to some grammar errors! My experience with Bob Wolfman has been fantastic. I’ve gotten so much better at playing the guitar and I’ve learned more in the past 3 months with Bob than all my previous years before studying with him. As an almost intermediate player, I didn’t have a lot of music theory knowledge, and couldn’t improvise very well. Learning music theory with Bob was actually fun, and he explains things that initially seem super complicated in a way that’s easy to understand. Not only that, but now I’m applying the theory I've learned from Bob in actual music, and being able to implement things he taught me on the fly. This has given me a ton of confidence as a player. In addition to the music theory, my chord vocabulary and licks I can play on the fly have astronomically increased as well. I can’t recommend Wolfman’s School of Music enough! If you’re at all serious about learning to play guitar, work with Bob!" Read more

Keith H. says, "I never thought at the start of this journey that I'd be playing classical music on a mandolin, but often, it really fits, and in general, it's helped to develop a kind of musicianship that I find I can apply to anything else I want to play. Adam is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructor about music and music history. He supports a number of group projects (focusing on several different styles including classical, Celtic, and Klezmer) for students, which are an excellent way to learn." Read more

My experience with Bob Wolfman has been fantastic. As an almost intermediate player, I didn’t have a lot of music theory knowledge, and couldn’t improvise very well. Learning music theory with Bob was actually fun, and he explains things that initially seem super complicated in a way that’s sleazy to understand. Karen Sarkisian was an excellent pedal steel guitar teacher for our teenage son. She provided terrific, high-quality instruction, offered a nice balance between challenging and supporting him, and also jammed together, making the lessons a lot of fun too! We were fortunate to find Karen, a highly sought steel player for local gigs, as it was not easy to find someone who not only plays but also teaches this instrument. We highly recommend Karen!

My son started lessons with Liam when he was 8 years old and showed incredible patience and served as a great example. My son started practicing several hours a day with Liam's encouragement and 9 years later continues with the same work ethic. While there have been several people involved in my son's music education, I truly feel that Liam built a solid foundation to build upon. My son is the singer and guitar player in this 3 piece band.

Inessa has been my piano teacher for over 10 years. Her passion for sharing her love of music is truly remarkable. While she is Suzuki certified, she also listens to her students and adapts her curriculum accordingly. Inessa is technically strong and her only goal is for you to enjoy music.
