Moises Baez a Hispanic Puerto Rican Male born and raised in Boston Massachusetts. Was introduced to Salsa On2 at the young age of 11 by Victor & Burju from Hacha Y Machete Dance Company through a Teen Center in Lowell Massachusetts Named Utec. He Started his Salsa / Dance Training there.
At the Age of 14 He started performing professionally with a teen Dance Group Called Mamboyou. He continued his training with April Genovese the Director of Melaza Dance Company.
Moises Continued his dance training in HipHop, Jazz, Contemporary and Afro Cuban.
At the Age of 21 being a gay hispanic male Moises launched a Dance Program in the city of Boston that brought salsa to the gay community Called Out Salsa Boston.At which point he formed a Professional Partnership with Fellow Ballet Principle Jose Rodriguez. Together Moises and Jose Performed Professionally and Taught Salsa And other Dances in the Boston Area.
Moises Has then continued his dance career as a Male Soloist and Moved to NYC. He Is now currently Training in Afro Cuban, Under the instruction of Noibis Licea, Also attends the Ailey Extension For Contemporary, Modern, Ballet, and Jazz.
Moises is Now offering Salsa Classes in the Metro New York and Boston Area. He is available for both Group and Private instruction, Wedding and Sweet 15 Choreography services as well.
