About
I have collaborated with renowned industry experts. I am presently securing acting engagements. My seminars draw upon my expertise as an actor and my extensive academic background.
My attention is directed towards the following:
Television and film camera techniques
Tips and guidelines for auditions, including dos and don'ts, techniques.
Self-taping refers to the practice of recording oneself performing a scene or audition, typically for the purpose of submitting it to casting directors or producers.
Analysis of script- Script technique refers to the method or approach used in writing and developing a script for a play, movie, or other form of media.
Dramatic performances include monologues and scenes.
Vocalization, body alignment, choreography, vocal performance, preparatory exercises.
I refrain from teaching a certain methodology. I firmly believe that embodying one's authentic self is far more effective in captivating an audience than merely possessing knowledge of various ways or procedures. Nevertheless, I integrate additional methodologies such as Method, Stanislavski, and Stella Adler.
Guidelines and recommendations for the industry, anticipated developments, current trends, and strategies for staying up-to-date and well-informed. Comparison between membership in the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and nonunion status.
Top online platforms for job hunting.
I am an actor who works on both the West Coast (California) and the East Coast (Boston and New York). I recount my diverse experiences as an actor with multiple talents and abilities.
The acting industry encompasses various aspects such as headshots, resumes, equipment, hair, makeup, and the decision of whether to have a manager or agent. Additionally, it involves interactions with casting directors. In my class, you will receive comprehensive instruction on these topics. The answer to your question is contingent upon your own preferences and specific objectives for the class. Ultimately, I tailor the class to suit your specific requirements. My purpose is to extract and showcase the finest qualities within you.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I do an initial evaluation to learn about my students' goals. Which direction they want to go. It is their journey so I want to make sure to accommodate and give them all the tools and resources they need to succeed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor's degree in education and Spanish literature from the University of Mass in Boston. I have trained with Acting Coaches and I am a working actor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?
I have been a teacher for 20 years. Started as a Foreign Language Teacher, teaching at the High School levels. I now teach workshops to aspiring actors, as well as continue to teach Spanish and Tutor ESL students and teach acting classes now in groups or individuals.
What types of students have you worked with?
Teens and Adults
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am currently working with Oscar winner director Ernest Thompson on his new project.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There are a lot of scammers in the world of Entertainment many of them charge high prices and are not trained nor are working actors. Make sure whomever you hire is equipped with the tools to teach you the craft and has had solid training and is currently working in the field. Hire someone who is actively auditioning at the present moment and understands the process of auditioning and self-tape auditions and knows what it takes to be an actor as well as the business side of it.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They need to ask themselves if acting is really their passion, a hobby, a curiosity an obsession, and what they truly love because it is not an easy career and you have to be willing to accept rejection and criticism and be willing to sacrifice time and invest in your growth and development as an actor. Tell me what your vision is and why you want to be a storyteller.
