About
“I am a strong believer that having a firm knowledge of multiple styles and genres of music will help a musician to attain a wide vocabulary of music. Having an extensive musical vocabulary to draw upon, along with smooth technical facility, will help a player find their own personality on the instrument. Always keep your ears and mind open! You can learn from a seasoned professional, and you can also learn from someone who’s just getting started. Everyone has something to offer. And, don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you CAN’T GET IT WRONG!!”
I am a graduate from Berklee College of Music and I have been touring, recording, performing and teaching for over 35 years.
I have worked with the following artists; Robert Plant, Norah Jones, Jon Bon Jovi, Tom Jones, to name a few.
I have studied with Alan Dawson, Bob Gullotti, Gary Chaffee, David Garibaldi and Jeff Hamilton. Along with my own practice routines, I also pass along the information I've learned from these great players and teachers.
