Maryland Strength and Human Performance was created to fill a void in performance training for athletes and non-athletes alike. As a high school varsity athlete, Coach Bryan missed the opportunity to improve on his weaknesses in strength and speed due to a lack in education of strength and conditioning. I’ve been teaching since I was a teenager, and I have continued to learn about horses and fitness ever since. I’m a certified horseback riding instructor, strength coach, and personal trainer. I have completed supplemental certifications in health coaching and nutrition. I have also taken and completed many more supplemental certifications in the fitness and equestrian fields.
It is my goal to make all of my students feel comfortable and confident with what we are doing. I love to help people start and continue their equestrian and fitness journeys.
