Rasheen is great. He definitely has pushed me to places I haven’t been before. As a middle-aged guy I have some physical restrictions due to some old injuries. Rasheen is great at knowing when to adapt to the routine to fit my body and when to tell me to quit complaining and keep working.

Free consultation where we talk prices , fitness goals, and get a tour of my facility

I have a master certification in group & personal training
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Group strength training classes $20 a session if you commit to 5 months $25 hour no contract
Private strength training $50 a hr if you commit to 5 months. $60 a hour with no contract
How did you get started teaching?
I trained my own body then competed in a men's physique competition. I fell in love with the sport partnered up with an exiting gym and took off from there
