The experience is life changing
How did you get started teaching?
I started as a student teacher under Kimati Dinizulu, he would teach drumming a few days out the week at my school. The days he couldn't make it he would have me substitute. Which gave me a better understanding what a student was. Which lead years later after practice and dedication I was referred to work as a Drum instructor for a community program. I taught drum there for years and there I realize, I love to see student learn something new and use there imagination to enjoy there expression.
What types of students have you worked with?
My students vary from kindergarten to the elderly. From all walks of life, every race, and gender. It's about teaching a healthy expression.
