About
JRD is a professional contemporary dance company based in the Midwest. We provide professional performances to local and international audiences as well as a range of education and outreach programs. We can arrange private lessons, solo choreography, as well as group lessons. Our primary focus is contemporary and modern dance, but we are also qualified ballet and jazz instructors. We can teach improvisation for dance as well as dance composition.
I, Jodie Randolph, have a bachelor degree in dance and a master's degree in choreography. I have been teaching for over 20 years and enjoy sharing my passion with students.
We prefer traveling to your organization as we do not have a permanent location. However, we have relationships with several studios in the area that allow us to rent their space. This can be arranged once we are contacted.
Dance is my passion and passing it along to other brings me joy. I wouldn't want to do anything else. I love when I can help others achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Are usually spend some time asking the student what their goals are, how much time they are wanting to spend per week and what their deadline is. Depending on what style of dance we are learning, the process can vary greatly.
