I'm Chef Tiffany I special in teaching gourmet meals, soul food, & italian food just to name a few . I really love food & how you can fuse together different traditional meals to create a new flair of food cuisine. I'm ACF & Serv Safe Certified, I have a degrees in Culinary Arts & Hotel Restaurant Management. I'm operating manager at two popular restaurants in Detroit & there's plenty more to come. Understanding there the length of culinary knowledge & helping them expand upon things they already know while introducing new & fun techniques for them to apply in their home kitchens.

I have a dual associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management. I'm ACF accredited & Serv Safe Certified.

My classes start at $100 & can go up depending on meal prepared.
How did you get started teaching?
I love food and I want people to be able to enjoy dishes that they don't think they could do at home.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently attend Bravo Bravo it was an amazing culinary experience. With highly recognized Chefs from Michigan & other states. The atmosphere was electric & full of amazing food and people it was a great networking event as well.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open minded , enjoy the process, learn new things , be willing to try new foods and experiment how foods work together to create great culinary experiences.
