I love iI have over 35 years in the food business and 19 years teaching. I have a passion for working with people and seeing them learn. The love is a great thing.

I really enjoy cooking alongside people, and helping them learn new techniques to cook and wok in the kitchen. It is my pleasure to see someone find real joy in an interesting dish they have have made. One of passions is in enjoying trying different ethnic cuisines and adapting their recipes. I have workeded in business in a large variety of food establishments, and work the kitchen experience into discussions while teaching.
