Food and teaching has been a passion of mine since before I graduated High School. Since 2005 I have been learning the subtleties of cooking incredible meals, desserts, snacks. I have applied my knowledge and skills as a chef on the line of 3 upscale and fine dining restaurants in Philadelphia, PA before moving to the Ann Arbor, MI for a job opportunity running the cooking school for Sur La Table. I generally spend from 1 to 5 classes with students teaching everything from basic knife skills, to the nuances of wine pairing. Classes can be fully catered to a students needs regarding personal tastes, diets, and restrictions.
