I grew up in my grandmother's kitchen in Mexico. I've had many mentors of great Chefs in my 20 years in the culinary world of Hollywood, Los Angels, New York and Minnesota, but my grandmother remains by greatest mentor of them all. My passion for food comes from the heart. I love making people experience my world through my food. I've been filling the role as Executive Chef in my past jobs, before I moved over to Corporate Chef the past 1 year. My desire to be a Private Chef and give cooking classes is because I miss giving people an experience with my food.
