I majored in music at the University of Minnesota, where I played solo drums in the concert band and jazz ensemble, playing behind Urbie Green at Carnegie Hall in 1975. I also hold a Masters Degree from the New England Conservatory of Music, and was for six years an instructor at Boston’s world-famous Berklee College of Music. I have been learning 20th century techniques is electronic sound art as well as a traditional classical education. I am completing my bachelors in composition from St. Cloud university this fall and will be going to Berkeley online school of composition immediately the following year.I will be Persuing a doctorates degree in film scoring and sound design.
