Hi I'm Caitlin! I'm the owner of Tulle Tuxedo Ballroom & Wedding Dance based in Edina. I started ballroom dancing when I was 4 years old and grew up participating in shows, competitions, musicals and Salsa events. I've now concentrated my talents on creating unique First Dances and memorable moments on the dance floor for my couples!

What I enjoy most is working with people and seeing their progress week to week. I believe dance is something that brings people together and enhances the quality of life.

It’s been life-changing for me. I get to share an activity with someone who is as passionate as I am about dancing. Our lessons have given me confidence not only on the dance floor, but also given me confidence in my daily life as well. I have always loved to dance, but I really didn’t know the first thing about it. Caitlin has a wonderful personality and teaches me the proper technique of each dance, which has made our lessons together fun and informative. Not only is Caitlin helping me on the dance floor to reach my goals, she’s given me exercises that I can do at home to help with some of the weaknesses I have in dancing. I cannot thank Caitlin enough for all the fun and excitement we’ve had. I look forward to going to the top in my dancing career with Caitlin!

Frequently asked questions

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When I work with a new student, I start with an introductory lesson which gives them a chance to try a few dances! From there, we usually move onto a program that most fits their desires and goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up dancing! I had the privilage of being Minnesota's 2x Salsa Champion and even trained on the east coast for a couple years.
