What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask about musical genre interests and years playing the intstrument. Then I listen to them play to assess what could be worked on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in jazz studies from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. I also taught individual and group lessons at a music acdemy for 4 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$20 for 30 minute lesson.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught lessons to students ranging from age 5 to 60.
