i have been cooking from a young age in my hometowns in kenya where i grew up. But the majority of the foods we made were somali and other east african foods. Because im somali but i grew up in kenya, i have been cooking all sorts of african foods from young age, i was taught by my mother on how to make traditional and other african dishes, so i may make it for my kids someday. teaching what o know about the traditional dishes i was taught at a young age is amazing to me. because i love teaching and sharing about my cooking and because i love cooking so being able to teach others about my experience is amazing.

my typical process for working with new student is teach step by step on how to cook each dish and what each dish should be commbined of and make it so that every dish has unique and nice taste to it. when they are learning something new or different they would have to cook with focus and cook because they love to do it. And as long as they have passion and have fun with it, it will come naturally to them. because the importans of cooking is to have passion for what you are making and have the drive to keep learning. and because no one is born knowing how to cook but everyone is taught at sometime in their live's.
i have been cooking from young age for my family. and i have been working for local african and other restaurants as cook and it gave me more experience for cooking.
i would like to make my pricing a reasonable and affordable pricing. so that depend on what would be reasonable for my clients
i have taught locally before. because my freinda had admired the way i cooked, they wanted to k ow more on how i made my dishes.
i have worked with friends and other locals. and i have taughtght some of them in their home and others in my home.
so it was so recent but couple months ago i had my freinds cousing came over to my home and ask me to teach her to cook something new. so i had started with one of my favorite dish, wich was a realy nice spicy sauce that is combined of tomatoes and onions and parsly and green pepers and gralic. with some herbs and spices. so after i sautaed the sauce i then added hot water then i added the partially cooked beans then i added the rice. when it started to cook fully and was not too dry but just right. i let her try and we all ate it because it was such amazing combination and it was one of the beat dishes i have made.
i would first ask if they have passion for cooking and if they have experience. if so then i would tell them to share it with others and it will be a succes.
the students should think about whether they have a are willing to learn differeny foods and cultures and if they will love to keep learning and be succesful in achieving their goal.
