I love everything about food, I been cooking for over 25 years, and I been an instructor for cooking classes for over ten years.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First is to know what is the student is looking for to learn, base on that I put a list of items we can work on so the student can learn skills, techniques, and also how to put together some flavors with the ingredients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working for kitchens for over 25 years, I am the Operations manager/chef of four different restaurants in the twin cities, I teach cooking classes at Nordicware in St Louis Park for over seven years, and I also teach some cooking classes at the Hopkins community center.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $45 per person but does not include any ingredients.
How did you get started teaching?
I was invited to teach a class at Nordiware, and I did that for over five years, I also did some cooking classes at the restaurant that I use to own.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have done regular classes, couples classes, kids classes, parent and kids.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the instructor, really knows what you want to learn.
