Along with extensive Ballet training, I have performed in various Shows, I'm a choreographer, and Group Fitness Teacher.
I'm Ballet Fitness and Group Fitness Certified.
I have always had a love for Ballet since I was a child.
I was fortunate to learn and study with some of the best Ballet Teachers and Companies ever.
Through my life I have always kept Dance. Art and Theatre inside my world.
I also have taught Total Stretching and Fitness Ballet to Adults. All levels Beginning thru Advance levels.
Due to Covid- I have been teaching classes online through Zoom. I teach all levels and because we are online- me and Dancer - I would customize the class- private lesson to hopefully meet your needs that you would like to focus on.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to find out what the client is looking for, what they want to achieve such as their short term and long term goals.
If they have physical limitations. If they have recently been injured or just returning to dance after years of being out of the dance world.
If you are just starting a movement lesson for the first time ever we will build at your own comfortable pace- No worries!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Danced with various Ballet Companies, I have Cerifications in GroupFit, Barre Fittnes and Stretch Certification.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Since I've started teaching online my prices are 20-25 dollars a lesson.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught all ages and levels of dance to woman and men and Boys & Girls-younger students.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should just be honest about what kind of movement they want to do. If you are doing exercise you enjoy you will have a lot more FUN- if you have a preference to musical choices see if that's a possibility.
Dont forget to tell all teachers about possible Health Issues so you don't injure yourself.
If something is hurting you always ask for modifications.
