Four Seasons Dance Studio
About
I teach Latin dance for the nightclubs. The emphasis is on social dancing and capturing the nuances of the various styles of salsa in addition to other Latin dances like bachata, samba, cha cha, pachanga, merengue, and cumbia.
I am also a psychologist and educator and I believe I bring that into my work as well. My philosophy is that dance is a community phenomena and anyone can master social dance with patience, practice, and encouragement. I love how dance makes people happy and believe it has great therapeutic benefit.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Always begin with the basics. Start with a break down the can easily be rehearsed with any number of mneumonics. Then keep repeating so the movement becomes less intellectual and more automatic. Once basics have been established the student can move on to style specific moves, more complex combinations and concepts, and styling.
