Hi! My name is Angela, and I teach private piano, voice, and music theory. I've been teaching music for over twenty years, and have taught students of many ages (4 to 94) and ability levels. My favorite part of my job is watching long-term students grow and mature as musicians over the course of several years. I believe it's a teacher's highest honor to be able to one day tell a student that it's time to spread their wings and take flight on their own, and nothing delights me more than when my students come to me with pieces they've learned on their own, because they had the desire and the confidence to try something new without me. Here at MH Music Academy we teach theory and application at the same time, to make it easier to understand why and how the two work together. In college, you learn them seperately and that makes it hard from some to merge the two later. I love teaching and watching students grow and become the musician that they desire to be.
