About
Our team has been running a full service commercial talent agency for 24 years in Kansas City. The I & I Agency books models, actors and talent for fashion, runway, commercials, TV, print, voiceover and industrial. We are also a development agency with relationships in every major market in the world and have been awarded Agency of the Year multiple years for the training and placement of models and actors worldwide.
We are responsible for starting the careers of many successful models and actors over the years. So, if you are considering getting into television, acting, performance or modeling around the world, we can teach you what you need to know and we have the connections to get you there. But you have to listen and do what we recommend or we will move on to someone who will listen, who is hungry to succeed and doesn't think they know more than the professionals about how to get there.
What we enjoy most is seeing our talent be successful. We are not actors or models ourselves as some, so we focus fully on our talent.

How did you get started teaching?
I started as a working model and actor in Kansas City. My agent asked me if I would consider starting an agency and he would come and work for me. I told him he was crazy, but we did it.

Kids, teens and adults who intend to models, act, sing and dance.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure your teachers can also connect you to mentors in larger markets.
