What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start from the beginning and the beginning @ Brook's Choreography is rhythm and body familiarity? You need to get familiar with your body whether you are young or old...
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of movement training in many different disciplines including beginner's ballet, HipHop, jazz, lyrical, jazz, cheer, majorette, and modern. Of those 30+years I have spent 20 of them teaching and 12 of them owning a studio!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I price per hour for privates including virtual sessions and I charge monthly for in person youth group classes!
How did you get started teaching?
I started around 18 teaching at risk youth in my community through community outreach programs!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students, all ages... From sensual womens classes to quincenaras... From youth cheer/majorette to wedding parties.. My resume is very colorful
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently I judged a dance competition.. 6 different local teams dancing their hearts out. I enjoy using my expertise to ensure fair and honest oucomes at events!

Make a decision based on experience.

What outcome are they seeking?
How often are they interested in taking classes?
How will they use their knew knowledge?
