I've been teaching acting for over 25 years. I have taught on the University level, High School, Middle School and Elementary school students. I am also a private audition coach and a vocal coach. Have a piano in my home and do my best to keep audition materials fresh, your repetoire complete and professional. I am a member of AEA and SDC.
What I enjoy most about teaching acting are the moments when an actor is completely grounded in their work, living in the moment, and I (and the audience) see a fully realized character. Vocal and audition coaching is always best when the client books the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First thing with all students/clients - we meet and talk about goals, expectations, process, and other business. If we both are comfortable and excited to get started, we get to work. Acting begins with monologue and basic scene study. Vocal and audition coaching starts with what the student already has and we go from there.

BA in Theatre from Montclair State U.
MA in Theater from Montclair State U.
MFA in Directing from Florida State U.
Member of AEA(Actors Equity Assoc.) and SDC (Society of Directors and Choreographers
Have coached actors who have appeared in (Broadway) Les Mis, Memphis, Momma Mia, Cabaret, Wicked, Chicago.
