Urban Kitchen specializes in healthy foods that actually taste good. I like to inform people that eating healthy can be delicious. Overall we cook all types of food. I love to go out and recreate food I saw or eatened that impressed me, or foods that our trending. Steaks and seafood are my specialty but Italian food is my heart. I have been cooking since I was 8 years old. I taught myself and been going strong for years. At 9 I recreated red lobsters biscuit and shrimp scampi. I worked as a personal chef for years for a news anchor and his dietary restrictions was crazy but I adjusted and he loved my cooking and so does the surroundings community because I feed them to.
