I teach the fundamentals of tennis and make it fun. Our age ranges 4 to adults. I specialize in beginners thru intermediate players. I have been teaching tennis for 4 years now and have seen success with my students. Also, volunteering with Cherry Hills rec department doing tennis drills with the beginners/intermediate class. I have been playing tennis for 13 years and have won several leagues. A big part of what stands out about me, is my positive and enthusiastic personality. I try my best to ensure you have fun and not get frustrated.
I love to see the development and improvements of my students. The happiness you see from them when they hit the ball correctly and are able to play the game.
Our time with Coach Alex of PLAYTIME sports was wonderful. We were introduced to the program through our daughter's preschool at the time. That quickly morphed to tennis lessons at our home for her. One less practice to drive to, as Alex came to us and provided the fundamentals of tennis to her! .
Coach Alex makes learning easy and fun. I've really enjoyed taking lessons from him and see improvement in my skills. He makes everyone feel comfortable no matter what their level of play is. Thank you!
Coach Alex is great. He is very knowledgeable and teaches at age appropriate level. My kids always ask to see coach Alex. He really keeps it fun and interesting. My kids really look forward to playing tennis because he makes it fun to learn.
Keep it simple and fun. Get student to hit as many balls as possible and play fun games to keep it interesting.
I have been playing tennis for 14 years and have won or placed in quite a few leagues throughout that time. I have been teaching professionally the last 3 years. It has been quite successful to say the least. I think that my patience and personality sells my lessons.
Loved the sport and wanted to get out of the corporate world. Never looked back!
Roughly ages 3 thru 60
One little boy I've had since he was 3. He has been training with me for a few years now. Recently we were doing a drill with his class and he was cranking the ball perfectly over the net. I was so excited that I threw my racquet in the air in enjoyment. I think he couldn't belive it either
