My time saving and effort saving techniques will help you make cravable healthy food with ease. I customize the menu as per your palate and health requirements. You have an option for learning in my spacious and comfortable kitchen or I can travel to your kitchen. I teach private classes as well as host private events for groups of 5-10 people.
I have loved to cook since a very young age and find cooking to be a meditative and relaxing experience. I love to share this beautiful aspect of cooking with others and help them be a confident, informed and a successful cook.

Vaishali has a great depth of knowledge and experience in cooking. What I like most about all her cooking classes (and I have attended many of them!) is her Mission to simplify the list of ingredients and the process without compromising the taste by any means. I have recreated a number of the dishes I have learnt from her & all of them have become family favourites. They are simple, quick and easy but with a very complex flavour profile!
The ease and comfort she puts you in while teaching makes the whole experience so much more likable and something to look forward to. I decided to try Vaishali's cooking class just based on a casual conversation that we had and once I had my first class with her, I was completely hooked!. Not only were her recipes nutritious and healthy but they were incredibly delicious and did not compromise on flavor whatsoever. I learned to make several recipes in simple ways and got some really useful tips that were definitely time and effort saving but still resulted in tasty dishes. She is very patient and so much fun to have a class with because she puts you at ease and her teaching style is easy as well. She took into account all my requests and diet restrictions etc and taught me recipes that my entire family (including my two girls who are picky eaters) has absolutely loved. I am so happy to have gotten to know her and take lessons from her.
Vaishali knows her cooking. She has a deep knowledge of ingredients and what kind of ingredients when mixed together gives the best taste! She is also great at making healthy cooking simple. Not only are her recipes just divine they are also made for busy people so don't take a lot of time. The best part is even kids love her recipes. I highly recommend Vaishali's classes to anyone who loves food.
