I decided to try aerial yoga for the first time tonight 🧘‍♀️ and I ended up loving it and am coming back to try aerial strength tomorrow! Kristan was an excellent instructor and she was really clear in directing us on what to do. She guided us into the moves and yoga poses that we did in the hammock and I left the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. The gym is really cute and I was greeted by a really nice and friendly receptionist who guided me into the class and also helped sign me up for my next class. I am looking forward to taking more classes here and maybe bringing along some of my friends! I also made new yogi friends while I was there. It was all good vibes here!!!

Shoko's classes are relaxing, knowlegable and she was very patient with everyone in the class. She taught me me the correct way to stretch my lower back and hamstrings.

I had struggles with my weight over the past few years, tried everything and when I started working with Ken I realized many things I did was incorrect. Ken’s workouts are very intense and I worked with him three days a week, lots of running an explosive workouts. I lost 12lb in the first three weeks, and within the last six month I dropped to 230lb to 195lb. His workouts are very detailed and he is very knowledgeable with the nutrition aspect as well. I definitely recommend Ken to anyone that wants to lose weight in a short amount of time
