About
What will allow me to stand out is that fact I have vast experience in music and moreso than anything, various forms of percussion. I have marching band experience, jazz band experience, and currently play in a band called "Hidden Figures" that has played at numerous charity events and is going to be opening at the Bergen PAC. I also have teaching experience as I have been an assistant in my towns summer band program, in addition to experience with working with special education students at Camp Haverim in Tenafly, New Jersey.
Music is currently such a huge part of my life and I'm so grateful for the people that have helped me get to where I'm at now. I want to be that person for people that have a strong desire to learn percussion/drums like I did at a young age and I'm hoping I will be given that opportunity.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will start them with beginners work out of drum books I first started with when I received drum lessons. Everything will be broken down into a way the student can understand and ultimately will progress further through the books as he/she grows more advanced.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am attending Bergen Community College with aspirations to become a general education teacher in grades K-6. Teaching is something I've always had a passion for and I have experience working with kids, including teaching them music. I worked as an percussion assistant at Ridgefield's summer band program in New Jersey. There I worked with many kids over the course of a month. I also have experience working with special ed students at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Tenafly, New Jersey. This includes their Sunday program, as well as their summer camp.
