FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We talk with the student to find out what's going on in their body; any injuries, previous experience, etc. and try to modify the class to cater to their needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have a diverse team of professionals with over 100 years of combined dance and yoga experience.  All of our techers have been certified and vetted.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes, we offer adult single classes for $20 per class as well as class cards for $180 for 10 classes.  ($20 Saving). We also offer monthly memberships for those who will be practicing with us more than 1x per week.

How did you get started teaching?

All of our staff have different stores, but at our teams' core is a desire to help people find joy and love in their bodies through movement.

What types of students have you worked with?

We have a wide breadth of students in their early 20s to later years.  We've had beginner dancers in our classes as well as former professional dancers in our studio.  We like to pride ourselves on creating a welcomign studio where people from all ages and diverse experienes can feel comfortable taking a class that's outside theri comfort zone.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Finding a teacher is sort of like dating, lol.  You have to find someone that you vibe with and want to see on regular basis. If you don't like your teacher or the studio, it will be harder to stay committed to the practice.
