Hi there! I’m based in Wantagh, NY and offer one-on-one music production and post-production lessons, available both virtually and in person. We can cover everything from songwriting and tracking to mixing and file prep, all tailored to your style and pace.

Welcome. I am a music producer and songwriter with over ten years of experience. My teaching focuses on helping each student achieve his or her unique goals in music production or songwriting, in whatever genre or style it might be. While most young producers seek tips and tricks from sites like youtube (which can be super helpful!), I provide individual guidance and mentorship which are invaluable for young or beginner artists.

I have been a working musician for over 25 years, and have been teaching music in NYC public schools for the past ten years. My teaching philosophy is focused around working incrementally toward mastery. I teach students how to embrace the learning process, and to enjoy the art of practicing. I believe we are all ultimately self taught, and my primary goal is to encourage people to learn how they process learning, and to build from there. I am equally versed in the learning process from a folk art perspective, and from an academic perspective and draw from those and other disciplines as I feel they will benefit each student.
