About
Everyone has a voice. Everyone has the right to utilize their voice more efficiently. I come from a long lineage of Italian and Italian/ Swedish schools of singing, studying with Francisco Casanova, Jack LiVigni, and David Jones. Through these techniques, one can sing any style they wish; opera, jazz, rock, music theater, etc. I teach in my studio in Rahway and at the National Opera Center in Manhattan. I am also a certified member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
WITH A HEALTHY VOICE, YOU CAN REACH FOR THE STARS!
After graduating from Interlochen Arts Academy in 1998, I began teaching all ages. I furthered my studies at Louisiana State University, University of Denver, and Brooklyn College. From 2012-2015 I was the voice instructor, performance director, and musical conductor for the Beacon Program on Roosevelt Island at PSIS 217 in NYC. I have also performed in opera and concerts internationally and throughout the United States, with companies such as Rome Festival Opera, Hudson Opera Theater, New York Opera Forum, Harmony Project NYC, SingThrough Central, Ridgewood G&S Opera, and Vera Musica.
Teaching and passing down knowledge is one of the most rewarding things in life. That moment when you actually see the lightbulb turn on is just incredible, knowing that all the hard work has finally begun to pay off. It is not only rewarding for the student, but also for myself.
