I “Ramadevi Chetti is an accomplished --Bharathanatyam dancer trained under multiple great Gurus like Gur Sri Srinivasan, Guru Thanjai Smt Jayalakshmi Arunachalem Pillai, Kalaimamani Smt Chandra Dhandayudhapani Pillai, Kalaimamani Smt Indra Rajen, and Kalaimamani Sri Natana Sigamani from the age of 3. I have been conferred with Natya Visharada”, “Nattuvanga Kalaimani” in the year 1995 from the Government Music College, Tamilnadu. Holding an experience of 38yrs in performing, 27 yrs of teaching and choreography. I worked as an educator from level 1 to a diploma in the ministry of education and Mahatma Gandhi Institute, Mauritius. I choreographed multiple dance production and also presented all over the Island. I am the Founder and the Director of Kalai Koodam USA, the school of Bharatha Natyam, It also has a branch in Mauritius, Indian Ocean. Our Dance school stands for. This is not a job for me, it's my life. I teach kids to adult in a way to make it easier for them to understand, learn, and perform. Perfection is my main goal.
