Lliturgical dance is a combination of body movements guided by the spirit of God and music as a form of worship. It's used to run away from madness, to praise God with thanksgiving, or to express a message from Him. I could go to you, you could come to me or we can simply have the lessons online.
It's such of empowerment and release to your soul. I love worship dance because it has healed me, transforms me, and it physically keeps you young.
