Are you a high school or college student auditioning for school? Have a big audition coming up? Or just need help choosing and working on a monologue?
I am a working, professional actor who has experience performing in productions from Shakespeare to Shepard. I hold a BA in Acting and Communication from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I offer attentive one-on-one sessions with an emphasis on text work and improvisation techniques.
I teach full classes of populations ranging from teen to adult, including special needs. I have worked with Arts Horizons as a teaching artist and with Black Box Studios as an actor, director, and teacher.

I needed help with my three monologues for college auditions and over the course of three sessions Mike was able to give me great notes and direction that helped me progress and gain a better understanding of the pieces and characters I was performing. He made me feel more comfortable and confident as an actress and even gave me tips for the actual auditions; helping me familiarize myself with the process so I wouldn’t be caught off guard. As a result I was admitted to my top choice the Tisch School of Arts at NYU.
