I love working with food, and teaching students is one of my passions. Its always great to have students prosper in their cooking after haviong classes with me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will start with basic knowledge, just so I can get a feel of your culinary skill. Then we will move onto more difficult aspects of the class. If the student has culinary knowledge, then we can simply begin at other areas. Each class last about 2 hours.
