    Amazing Experience! The class felt so fun. My biggest goal going in was to learn knife skills. I left the class feeling confident with a knife and I learned the essentials of cooking. The instructor Jorge was knowledgable and reasuring. I learned more in that class than in my many years of home cooking. I apply the pricipals I learned daily and my family loves it. What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

look for somebody that is patient and pays attention to details. Classicaly trained would be a big plus.
