For 50 years I have worked in the Broadcast & Entertainment (B&E) industry. I have been a successful major contributor to its unprecedented growth, Worldwide. In my journey from 'gifted' student of arguably the greatest American acting teacher of all (Sanford Meisner) to internationally successful Actor, Writer, Director, Producer and now Teacher myself, I have watched it (B&E) grow 100 FOLD! (That's right...100X!) It has transformed the entire planet into All that it has become today, both good and evil. I know the staggering Power it has and I now desire to share the many secrets of the Arts & Craft of Entertainment, as I have uncovered them over the last Five (5) decades.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with the very basics of their understanding. What is acting? What does 'to act' mean?
From there we begin to build a greater awareness of their 'tools' and how they use them. We begin using exercises designed to hone the skills they already possess and begin to harness them to more profound levels of awareness and tasking.
Through these exercises over time, we forge a new set of powerful and effective communications skills and tools by which, through examination, exploration and improvisation, they will work with scripts to Create compelling characters. These 'living beings' will tell the stories that need to be told with greater import, impact, urgency, and compassion that leads to a deeper awareness and understanding, while entertaining Any audience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied psychology, sociology, anthroplogy and Eastern religion at Columbia Universty in the late 1960s, leaving to pursue my passion for acting, after my sophomore year of 1969.
Later that year, l enrolled at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater, where I was trained in the Meisner Technique' by the "Master" himself.
I graduated in the Spring of 1971 and began my career on radio (WBAI), the stages of Chicago and later, New York, moving on to TV and film in the U.S., Europe and the M.E. I spent the next 20 years enjoying success across All visual platforms of that time and on musical, comedic and dramatic stages, internationally.
Having worked at All levels in Hollywood and New York. My services as an actor and teacher were sought by All the 'major' studios in Hollywood, even as a young 'working talent,' myself.
I have been represented by some the top agencies and managers in the industry.
