Head Over Heels Gymnastics, founded in 1981, is a leading gymnastics school located in Middletown, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. They cater to children aged 18 months to 22 years old, offering diverse programs from recreational to competitive levels. Their professional and safety-certified coaches teach a variety of disciplines including gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, and martial arts. With over 30 years in operation, they've expanded to include two locations, one a 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Middletown and another a 21,000 sq. ft. facility in Parlin.
