Through culinary skill and knowledge practice, we are honoring and upholding an incredible human inheritance. Food is the way we interact with our world in many capacities. I love watching students learn new skills and recipes so they can carry on traditions, nourish themselves and their loved ones. I very much enjoy teaching children, individuals, and groups of all sizes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students can explore my current class offerings, or submit a subject/lesson request, which and I would then follow up with a custom menu, curriculum recommendation, and pricing. All levels are welcome!
Classes can range between $30-$100 per class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a family of talented home cooks and foodies, and have been fully immersed in the food world my entire life. I graduated from a Culinary Arts Certification program in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2013. As well as studied permaculture, agricultural science, education, and fine arts, and bring these subjects to the table often. My experience as a farmer, gardener, teacher, and artist give me lunique ayers of perspective to teach and create from.
