The Chef, Dave, was a fabulous teacher. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. I have had several experiences with other “personal chef lessons” and found this one to be the most fun and educational. His techniques as both chef and teacher surpassed our expectations. I would Highly recommend him for personal cooking classes. In fact, his food was so delicious that we have used his catering services several times.
