What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is clearly defining any specific goals the student has. Whether or not a student has clear goals, or just wants to learn, I will develop a fully comprehensive lesson plan for the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a drum teacher at Russo Music in Hamilton for the past four years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
If you'd like to take lessons at Russo Music with me, where there is a fully equipped studio, lessons are $125.00 a month. That is for one 30 minute lesson a week.
In home and skype lessons prices vary.
How did you get started teaching?
5 years ago I had the realization that I get more joy out of teaching than performing.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with over 100 students. This includes students from 7 to 75 years old.
