Advantage Tennis Lessons And Racquet Stringing Services
About
My service stands out because of my vast experience playing and teaching the game of tennis. I am a current Division 1 Tennis Player at Rider University. In high school, I played first singles all four years and won more than 75 matches. I was given the MVP award and was team captain my junior and senior years. I assisted in running my high school tennis camp for elementary to middle school aged children for four years. During my high school years, I assisted in teaching group and private lessons for my coach's clientele who ranged from toddlers to adults. Since graduating high school, I assisted in coaching the Southern Regional boys tennis team in the spring. I was offered a board approved coaching job but it interfered with my own collegiate tennis season. I was previously employed with Long Beach Island Foundation for the Arts to coach children's classes and string tennis racquets. Currenty, I coach for USA Sport Group and Trenton Country Club but I am looking to branch out and have my own clients.
I enjoy teaching the game of Tennis becasue I love the sport and love seeing my players improve. I enjoy working face to face with people and passing on the knowlege and skills I've acquired over the years.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new student, I first like to find out what they already know about Tennis and their current level of play. I will watch a new student hit forehands, backhands, volleys and serves to see if they have the correct mechanics of each stroke. Assessing a new student when I first meet them allows me to build a plan for how I am going to assit that player in improving their game.
